The two sculptures, representing St Bartholomew the Apostle and St Christopher on the altar of the Holy Family in the north Chapel of the parish church of St Stephen in Spodnja Polskava were attributed to Joseph Straub by Sergej Vrišer.1
Construction / Execution
Sculptures are made of wood. Polychromy of sculptures is typical for the style at the turn of the century around 1900.

Sculptures were painted around the year 1900. It seems there is no other polychromy under the new layer of ground and paint.
